Medical Authorization

In the event of an emergency involving a minor in your care, you authorize staff to seek medical treatment if you cannot be reached.

Behavior & Safety

Participants agree to follow all safety instructions and staff guidance. Failure to do so may result in removal from activities without refund.

Weather & Cancellations

Rentals and activities may be adjusted or canceled due to weather or unsafe conditions. We will communicate any changes as early as possible.

13. Governing Law
